1.     Product Description

Stopco Brake Lining is woven from high-temperature resistant composite-fiber materials, incorporated brass wires for greater mechanical strength and heat dissipation, impregnated with polymer resin to provide better flexibility and heat resistance.

2.     Special Features

(1)   With its high woven density and excellent flexibility, this product carries an unpaired heat dissipation ability and friction dependability; furthermore, it is greatly endurable under demanding applications (extremely wear resistance).

(2)   Stopco Brake Lining is designed to a direct replacement of the traditional asbestos brake lining and is environmental friendly. It can be cut, drilled, and countersunk into applicable sizes. With its strong shock load and fatigue resistance, Stopco Brake Lining is hard to separate or peel off.

(3)   Yet Stopco Brake Lining adapts easily for quick seating.

3.     Applications

Stopco Brake Lining can be wildly used for braking deceleration and power transmission in various applications: including ship winch, dock crane, drilling machinery, lifting machinery, dredging machinery, constructing machinery and off-road vehicles.

Stopco Brake Lining is conformed to the standard of North America SAE J661, the standard of China GB /T11834-2000 and the standard of Japan JIS R3455:1995 and have passed the tests by the above standards
